Connect Hostaway to CIBO
CIBO is a smart operations platform that helps Hostaway users automate cleanings, inspections, maintenance, and guest services. By turning each reservation into a coordinated workflow, CIBO helps ensure every stay is prepared consistently with less manual effort.
Steps for Integration
1. Click the Start Onboarding button to create your CIBO account and begin onboarding.
2. Enter your details on the form, and then click Submit & Create Account:
3. Click the Connect Hostaway button. A pop-up will appear.
4. In the Hostaway Marketplace, search for CIBO, open the integration page, then click Connect. Your Account ID and API Key will be generated automatically. Return to CIBO and continue onboarding.
5. Copy and paste the Account ID and API Key from the previous step into the fields below.
6. Click the Start Sync button to import your properties and bookings.
7. Enter your cleaning and inspection task settings and click Continue.
8. Enter your team member settings for task assignments and click Continue.
9. Review your settings to ensure they’re correct and click Finish Setup.
10. You’re all done. Click on Go to Dashboard to proceed.
